Google is a search engine which is used most in the world but you should learn about it from starting.

  1) Google's original name was BACKRUB. Based on the system finding and ranking pages based on back lines. 
  It began in 1996 by Larry Page as a research project in 1996 in Standford  University .Soon Brin joined Page.

2) Speed of Google

One of the early version of Google could process 30-50 pages per second but now it can process millions of pages per second.

3) First stored

Google was first stored on 4GB hard drives in a lego casing now showcased by Standford University. 

A lego design would let the founders expand storage capacity easily

The index now has over 100 million GB of data.

4) Google on sale

Since the founders weren't starting their own business they try to sell their search engine 

Yahoo originally said no , but in 2002 offers to buy Google for $3 billion. 

Google said no and it's now valued at $400 billion. 

5) Search Google's similer words

For increasing people on Google,  Google baught all similar word domain names such as googler .

6)Page rank 

Standfoard university still owns the patent to Google's algorithm named page rank.

7) In 1998 Google homepage include a Yahoo like punctuation move the exclamation point.

8) First Google Doodle

First Doodle was a man standing behind the second O in 1998 by founder when he was going to Nevada to attend the burning man festival.

9) Google means 100 zeros behind 1

14) There is a rule that there must have food  150 feet inside an employer.

15) Google can pronounce digit in words.

16) If an employer died  his family get 50% of salary for 10 years and his child get free education until 18 years age.
